Questions
What if I forget my pattern?
Use your 9-word recovery phrase to get back in and set a new pattern. If you lose both, your files can't be recovered. We don't keep a copy of your keys and have no backdoor.
Can you see my photos?
No. Your files are encrypted on your phone and never sent to us.
What happens if I uninstall the app or lose my phone?
Your vaults are stored only on that phone, so uninstalling the app deletes them. Move anything you want to keep out of the vault first.
What's free and what's Pro?
The free version includes up to 3 vaults, 100 photos and 10 videos in total. Glyphsafe Pro removes those limits. Pro is a subscription through Google Play, and you can cancel any time in Google Play.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up, email or phone number.
