Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Glyphsafe app and the Glyphsafe Pro subscription ("Glyphsafe", "we", "us"). By using Glyphsafe you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who can use Glyphsafe

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glyphsafe.

2. Your pattern and recovery phrase

You're responsible for keeping your pattern and recovery phrase private and safe. Your vaults are stored only on your phone, so uninstalling the app, resetting your phone, or losing or damaging it can permanently delete them. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

3. Acceptable use

Use Glyphsafe only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to store or share content that is illegal, including any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, or content you don't have the right to keep. You must not try to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its subscription system, except where the law allows.

4. Free version and Glyphsafe Pro

• The free version includes up to 3 vaults, 100 photos and 10 videos in total.
• Glyphsafe Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes those limits. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged. If you cancel after being charged, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. You can request one through Google Play or by emailing us.
• If we change the price of Glyphsafe Pro, Google Play will notify you before the new price applies to your subscription, as its rules require.

5. Features may change

We may add, change or remove features. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of your subscription until they are released. We'll try not to remove features that Pro subscribers rely on without good reason.

6. No warranty

Glyphsafe is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it secure and reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that no data will ever be lost. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, including files lost because a pattern or recovery phrase was forgotten or a device was lost, reset or damaged. Our total liability for any claim relating to Glyphsafe is limited to the amount you paid us for Glyphsafe Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Glyphsafe at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any subscription in Google Play. We may stop providing Glyphsafe or suspend access to Pro if these terms are seriously breached.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. In short, your files stay encrypted on your phone and we never receive them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Glyphsafe after changes take effect means you accept them.
